Returns & Exchange
We hope you love your selections as much as we loved designing them. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’ll gladly offer you an exchange or refund for most of our merchandise within 14 days from receipt of product. Proof of purchase is required for a refund. Please choose carefully as we do not offer refunds for change of mind. Meraki will accept exchanges for all full priced homewares items, if returned within 14 days of originally receiving your order. Round trip shipping and handling is deducted for all returns In either case, we do not reimburse for the original cost of shipping. We will only accept products in their original condition with tags attached, accompanied with the receipt and all original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the merchandise does not meet our standards. Goods will be inspected upon return and exchanges will be issued for the original value of the product only — excluding any shipping cost. Products color and shade: Every computer monitor or smart phone displays color differently, we are not responsible for color tones variations between the actual product color and how it is displayed on your screen. If you are exchanging for an item of lesser value, a credit note will be issued for the outstanding amount. All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before being dispatched. Meraki will not accept exchanges on sale items. Should you receive an item that is faulty or damaged, please contact us immediately by emailing Info@furnituremeraki.com Upon receipt, please inspect your items carefully for any damage or defects that may have occurred in transit and contact Info@furnituremeraki.com immediately. Please keep original packaging and document both the item and packaging damage with pictures. Claims against damaged items must be made within 48 hours of receiving the item. Claims made after 48 hours cannot be accepted. Inspect your delivered item before you sign to ensure there’s been no freight damage.
